Use the ui-design workflow for this screen. First read the relevant files and describe the current layout with an ASCII diagram before suggesting changes.
I want to improve the spacing and placement in this area. Give me two or three ASCII layout options with one short reason for each.
Use option B from your layout proposals. Make the smallest code change needed and leave unrelated structure unchanged.
The selected layout is close. Make only this refinement: increase the spacing between the title and controls, then summarize the exact files changed.
