Does this skill run multiple agents?
No. It provides repository structure and collaboration guidance for agents that already work in parallel.
Which shared files does it address?
It covers dispatchers, routers, registries, shared tests, generated files, lockfiles, and root documentation.
How does it identify a hub file?
It combines recent Git churn with file size, then checks whether unrelated features repeatedly touch the same file.
Should every hot file be split?
No. Active concerns and generated files can have legitimate churn, so classification should happen before refactoring.
How should generated-file conflicts be handled?
Choose one side as a base, regenerate with the owning tool, and validate the resulting output.
What belongs in AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md?
Keep durable invariants and non-obvious lessons. Move module details nearby and omit temporary state or easily discovered inventories.
