Template literals (backticks) were misidentified as shell backticks, standard file operations as filesystem risks, and string manipulation as weak cryptography. No shell execution, path traversal exploits, credential exfiltration, or malicious behavior present. The code reads markdown files, calls Anthropic API for analysis, and writes results locally.
