Can this skill move funds?

Yes. It can create signatures and authorizations that sellers or facilitators settle on-chain.

Does every payment require confirmation?

Most x402 flows require confirmation. The bundled A2A buyer flow does not, so add a preview gate before use.

Can it use a local private key?

Some accepts-based schemes support local signing through EVM_PRIVATE_KEY. TEE-backed wallet signing is safer and supports more workflows.

Which networks are supported?

The documented signing flows focus on EVM networks. Unsupported chains stop with an error.

What must be installed?

The OnchainOS CLI and a compatible wallet session are required. Paid operations also need network connectivity and sufficient token balance.
