It provides the installation command, but GitHub CLI access and installation permissions must already be available.

Can it manage multiple remotes?

Yes. Mutating commands need an explicit remote or a configured default push remote.

Can it reorder stack layers automatically?

No. Non-interactive reordering requires unlinking the stack, correcting Git ancestry, and initializing the stack again.

How are rebase conflicts handled?

The skill identifies exit code three, guides conflict resolution, and supports continuing or aborting the stack rebase.

Does merging always bypass repository rules?

No. Repository requirements and merge queues still control whether and how pull requests merge.
