It means no availability data exists for that vehicle type. It does not indicate a full lot.
Does every lot report EV charger status?
No. Only some availability records include charging-station status. Missing records must be labeled as unavailable.
Does the skill guarantee a space when I arrive?
No. Counts reflect the feed update time and may change before arrival. The skill cannot reserve spaces.
What tools and access are required?
The documented workflow needs network access, curl, and jq. Use private temporary files instead of the example's predictable shared paths.
