The workflow tells the assistant to read a hidden user profile file, then the report template includes domains and persona style. This can reveal local profile data without an explicit consent step.

Line 69 names the hidden profile file, and lines 80-82 place profile-derived fields in the generated report. The risk is direct, although no network exfiltration is shown.
