Most static alerts are false positives caused by Markdown backticks, expected local configuration reads, and normal entropy in translated text. The configuration update uses a predictable temporary file before overwriting a hidden Claude configuration file. The translation workflow also lacks an explicit trust boundary for instructions embedded in source documents.

Predictable Temporary File Enables Write Redirection
The configuration update writes to tmp.json in the current directory before moving it into ~/.claude. A preexisting symlink can redirect the write or leave the configuration path linked to another file.
All three instructions use the same fixed tmp.json name in the working directory and then move that path into the user's hidden configuration directory.

The workflow asks the agent to translate SKILL.md or README.md content without directing it to treat embedded instructions as untrusted text. A malicious source document could influence agent behavior during translation.
