Static findings for Ruby backtick execution, hardcoded URLs, and SQLite paths are false positives from Markdown documentation examples. I found one semantic risk: the guide recommends unpinned npx commands that can fetch package code that changes over time. No prompt injection, credential exfiltration, or malicious data-access intent was found.

Unpinned External Package Execution Guidance
The guide instructs users or agents to run npx commands with @latest. Running a latest package can fetch and execute code that changes over time, so it should require version pinning and user confirmation.
The bash examples use npx with @latest, which is a concrete supply-chain execution risk if an agent runs them automatically. The intent appears to be legitimate benchmarking, so medium severity is appropriate.
