Unvalidated Placeholders in Shell Commands
Command templates interpolate `{{run_id}}` and `{{test-file}}` into Bash commands without validation or quoting. Malicious values could add options or shell metacharacters during execution.
The Bash examples place placeholders directly in command positions, and the declared tool set permits Bash execution.

找出根本原因 
檢閱失敗的 CI 作業和近期提交。說明哪個變更最可能導致失敗，以及原因。
修復失敗的測試 
在不削弱覆蓋率的情況下修復這個失敗測試。判斷是測試還是實作有誤，然後套用最小且正確的變更。
穩定重複失敗
