Unvalidated Skill Name Controls Output Path
scripts/init_skill.py combines the user-supplied output path with skill_name before creating directories and files. A name containing path separators or parent directory segments could write generated files outside the intended output folder.
The code joins Path(path).resolve() with raw skill_name and then creates the directory. The CLI text states naming rules, but the script does not enforce them before filesystem writes.

Packager Archives All Files Under Skill Directory
scripts/package_skill.py walks every file beneath the provided skill directory and writes each one into the archive. Without exclusions, hidden files, caches, or local secrets placed in the skill folder could be shared unintentionally.
The archive loop uses rglob over all files and writes each result without filtering. This is a clear packaging behavior, though impact depends on what files the user has placed in the skill directory.
