檢查 Pull Request 就緒狀態 
審查這個 branch 是否已準備好建立 pull request。檢查變更檔案中的業務規則、邊界情況、效能與測試缺口。
稽核敏感功能 
對這個敏感功能執行全新視角審查。優先檢查 auth bypass、IDOR、注入、資料外洩，以及不正確的授權邊界。
驗證發布就緒狀態 
執行發布就緒的全新視角審查。在我交付前，列出每個發現的問題、所需修正、驗證步驟，以及任何剩餘風險。

最佳實務

  • 在實作與測試完成後，但在提交或建立 pull request 前執行審查。
  • 只審查已變更的檔案與直接相關程式碼，以保持審查聚焦。
  • 立即修正發現的問題，並加入測試以證明問題會持續保持修復狀態。

避免

  • 因為測試已經通過就跳過審查。
