The Python utilities invoke fixed mmdc commands with argument arrays and no shell. No prompt injection, data exfiltration intent, or malicious logic was found. Static review was capped at 400/901 representative findings; omitted static matches are unconfirmed, so automatic publishing stays disabled until manual review.
