A material workflow risk remains: the skill instructs agents to silently fetch and apply remote HyperFrames skill updates before use, allowing reviewed content to change without consent. Static review was capped at 400/822 representative findings; omitted static matches are unconfirmed, so automatic publishing stays disabled until manual review.

Unconsented Remote Skill Update

The workflow directs the agent to run a package update silently before use. This can retrieve and replace executable skill content without user confirmation.

Both instructions explicitly require an update before normal work, with the first requiring it silently. Remote updates can change executable instructions and dependencies after review.
