No prompt injection, secret access, network exfiltration, or hidden executable code was found in SKILL.md. The main residual risk is workflow-level: auto mode can apply changes from untrusted review documents.

Automated Review Processing Can Apply Untrusted Changes

The skill reads review documents, extracts proposed fixes, and supports auto mode for applying fixes without prompting. A malicious or untrusted review document could steer source edits if the user runs auto mode.

The documented workflow lets review-file content drive source edits, and auto mode removes per-issue prompts. Risk is limited because the user must invoke the skill and the documented commands are project checks.
