Autonomous Repository Changes and PR Creation
The skill instructs end-to-end feature work, GitHub pull request creation, and completion without human intervention except errors. This can change repository state and publish PRs without an explicit approval checkpoint.
The cited lines explicitly describe PR creation and complete automation. This is an operational security concern, but there is no evidence of malicious intent.
