This report does not block or authorize the manifest or ZIP.

Most static warnings are false positives caused by Markdown fences, placeholder names, and example review text. I found no prompt injection, credential access, network exfiltration, or malicious intent in the reviewed files. One medium concern remains because the review template embeds revision placeholders in executable git commands.

Risk findings

Confirmed security concerns are separated from items that still need review.

Confirmed security concerns (1)

RISK-001 Medium
Unvalidated Git Revision Placeholders in Shell Commands
The review template places {BASE_SHA} and {HEAD_SHA} directly inside git diff shell commands. If those values come from untrusted text instead of validated git revisions, a user who executes the block in a shell could run unintended commands.
The commands are legitimate git review commands, but the placeholders are executable shell arguments. The risk depends on whether callers validate the revision values before use.

Remediation

Suggested fixes recorded by this audit. Applying them is the maintainer’s responsibility.

  1. FIX-001
    Medium
Git diff commands use revision placeholders inside a shell block.
State that BASE_SHA and HEAD_SHA must be validated git revisions before execution, or show commands using already verified commit hashes only.
