## Limitations

- Requires a configured Notion MCP connection and OAuth access to relevant workspace pages.
- Can only analyze content available through the connected Notion account.
- The package does not include the referenced templates, citation guide, or examples.
- Citation quality depends on source accuracy and completeness. The skill does not independently verify external claims.

## Best Practices

- Confirm the research scope and resolve ambiguous search results before synthesis.
- Use direct quotes for critical facts, and preserve each source URL or page ID.
- Flag contradictions, missing evidence, risks, and open questions instead of presenting unsupported certainty.

## Anti Patterns

- Do not publish a report before checking that citations support its claims.
- Do not combine similarly named pages without asking the user to resolve ambiguity.
- Do not overwrite an existing Notion page without confirming the target and intended changes.

- Summary: All 16 external command detections are false positives caused by Markdown code spans, including three fixed Codex setup commands with no untrusted input. The hardcoded URL is the official Notion MCP endpoint, and no prompt injection, exfiltration intent, or other semantic threat was found.
