## Capabilities

- Evaluates 40 citation, identity, trust, and eminence items for one domain.
- Compares evidence against a declared market, stage, domain profile, and peer cohort.
- Tracks missing evidence as Unknown instead of assigning unsupported scores.
- Checks verified manipulation, backlink incoherence, manual action, and deindexing veto conditions.
- Produces CITE dimension results, evidence coverage, confidence, priorities, and rerun conditions.

## Use Cases

- Establish a Domain Baseline: Measure a domain against same-stage peers before setting authority and citation goals.
- Review Acquisition Risk: Check trust evidence, manipulation signals, and unresolved data gaps before acquiring or partnering with a domain.
- Track Publisher Authority: Repeat a locked-cohort audit to measure changes in citation trust and prioritize evidence-backed improvements.

## Prompt Templates

### Basic Domain Audit

```
Audit {domain} for domain authority. Use {market}, {entity stage}, {domain profile}, and these peers: {peer list}. Mark missing evidence Unknown.
```

### Evidence-Gap Review

```
Review {domain} against {peer list}. Identify missing CITE evidence, explain which items remain Unknown, and list the data needed before scoring.
```

### Cohort Rerun

```
Rerun the CITE audit for {domain} using the prior locked cohort and {observation date}. Compare evidence coverage, dimensions, vetoes, and priorities.
```

### Advanced Veto Investigation

```
Audit {domain} with dated backlink, traffic, console, entity, and citation evidence. Verify T03, T05, and T09 separately against {peer cohort}.
```

## Limitations

- Requires a defined peer cohort, market, entity stage, domain profile, and observation date.
- Cannot produce a comparable score when applicable evidence or the verified scoring runtime is unavailable.
- Does not replace page-level content audits, technical SEO checks, or dedicated backlink analysis.
- Provides an advisory trust assessment and cannot predict whether an answer engine will cite a domain.

## Best Practices

- Lock the peer cohort, market, stage, profile, and evidence window before evaluating any item.
- Record source dates and distinguish measured, estimated, proxy, and user-provided evidence.
- Verify every veto with positive evidence and preserve Unknown states when private or comparison data is missing.

## Anti Patterns

- Do not treat absolute authority metrics as universal thresholds across markets or domain types.
- Do not convert unavailable evidence into a pass, partial result, failure, or unsupported total score.
- Do not infer manipulation from domain youth, WHOIS privacy, low volume, or a temporary launch spike alone.

## Security Audit

- Audited at: 2026-07-12T11:59:21.121\+00:00
- Summary: All 42 static alerts are false positives caused by Markdown formatting, fixed documentation paths, metadata URLs, or constrained repository commands. No prompt injection, unsafe command construction, unauthorized persistence, or malicious intent was found.
