## Limitations

- Requires the exact submission, brief version, approved claims, market, platform, and campaign goal.
- Does not draft campaign briefs, adjudicate legal rights, approve claims, or calculate campaign return.
- Cannot produce a scored gate when the verified deterministic runtime is unavailable.
- Provides compliance review support, not legal advice or a substitute for qualified counsel.

## Best Practices

- Provide frozen versions of the asset, brief, claims record, market rules, and platform requirements.
- Require dated evidence for every ART state and keep missing evidence marked as unknown.
- Request exact locations, owners, corrections, and resubmission conditions for every required change.
