No. It recommends evp-craft for drafting and evp-brief for the messaging brief.

What happens when the primary pain statement is missing?

The routing table recommends installing cmj-hub/claude-psp first. It does not include an installation command.

The documented readiness check requires at least three entries in the proof reservoir before publishing the primary EVP.

Does it cover every outreach tier equally?
