Use scaffold-exercises to create a new section called Retrieval Basics with three explainer exercises: Intro, Keyword Search, and Evaluation.
Scaffold section 04, Tool Calling. Add 04.01 Tool Schemas as an explainer, and 04.02 Build a Tool with explainer, problem, and solution variants.
Read this course plan and scaffold every listed exercise. Use explainer-only folders unless the plan explicitly asks for problem and solution variants.
Renumber the exercises in section 03 so the evaluation exercise comes before deployment. Use git mv, update folder names, and run the linter.
