What do I need before using this skill?

Set MAKEITSAY_API_KEY for your MakeItSay account. Use a connected MakeItSay MCP server or the documented HTTP API.

How much does an edit cost?

A successful edit costs one credit per image, regardless of changed lines. Failed edits and missing-text errors are not charged.

Can it remove text rather than replace it?

Yes. An empty replacement removes the selected line. A location hint can distinguish identical lines.

Which images are supported?

Use PNG or JPG images with sides from 64 to 4096 pixels, up to 8.4 megapixels and 10 MB.

Are scans free and unlimited?

Scans are free but limited to 30 per hour and 100 per day per account.

Does this skill process images locally?

No. Images are submitted to MakeItSay for processing. Edited PNG links remain available for one hour.
