Unauthenticated Dart VM Service

The advanced workflow uses --disable-service-auth-codes while enabling the Dart VM service. Local processes could access a privileged debugging interface during collection.

The command explicitly disables service authentication and enables a VM service port. The collector uses loopback, limiting exposure but not removing local access risk.
