No. The workflow allows placeholders when targeting is uncertain, but those answers need review before outreach.

Does it send emails or configure my inbox?

No. It records sending setup and operational preferences. Email sending and service configuration are not implemented in this file.

Does onboarding include a working deliverability audit?

It offers an optional audit, but the reviewed file contains no implementation. Separate tooling is required to perform the checks.
