Can I reuse other Shuffll API credentials?

Existing Shuffll video-production API credentials are not interchangeable with Engage credentials.

Does creating a campaign start generation?

No. Campaign creation and generation are separate actions. Generation requires a ready source, required inputs, and user authorization.

Does adding recipient information personalize the video?

Not by itself. The legacy flat-video-v1 route produces fixed video; personalization requires supported journey or template inputs and output verification.

What happens after a generation timeout?

Inspect existing job or resource state first. Reuse the operation identifier only for an uncertain retry with identical input.

Can the skill confirm delivery and creative quality?

Delivery requires separate supported evidence. Creative quality claims require inspecting playable outputs and verifying relevant features in the final export.
