All 15 static findings are false positives: Markdown backticks, privacy prose, and legitimate Reach URLs do not establish command execution or unsafe networking. The workflow requires exact owner approval, limits data use, and rejects instructions embedded in tool results. No evidence found of prompt injection, credential theft, or unauthorized data disclosure in the reviewed instructions; hosted server behavior remains outside this repository.
