Unenforced Input Bounds Can Exhaust Resources

The inspector accepts arrays without size limits, then performs pairwise text similarity comparisons. Large inputs can consume excessive CPU and memory.

The request array has no enforced maximum, and the nested comparison loops are directly visible. Runtime growth is quadratic for text similarity.
